"IS IT NECESSARY TO BE AN MBA FROM TOP INSTITUTES TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN LIFE"

Members of "TRY" took an initiative to video shoot and try to understand the impact of plastic and chemicals on Environment during the immersion celebration of Lord Ganesha. We planned to make a documentary on it which would be out very soon.. All the members worked really hard and gave their best to understand, observe and think on what was going on, on that particular day....... We would be coming with our observations in the upcoming blogs.

This Ganesh Chaturthi bought with it a huge amount of fortune and luck for "Try Initiative".... Memebers of "TRY" were invited to attend Ganesh Pooja at Telugu Desham party's office.... It was great meeting Chandra Babu Naidu, Leader of TDP and we had a talk with him about what "TRY INITIATIVE" is and what areas are we working upon. He appreciated the initiative we have taken... It was great interacting with him.

Today our team had a indepth discussion on what basis does "Success" depends upon. Is it Hardworking that leads us to success or is it Smartworking.

After a great and long discussion abt it, we came up with a few concept of success given by differfent people:

"Success is a combination of both hardwork and smartwork, they are interdependent".

Mr Praveen {PGDM student} gave a great defination to it saying "Success is 70% hardwork, 29% smartwork and the remaining 1% being Luck; the percentages being fluctuating in nature as per the situations".

Session On "What Exactly is a defination of Business?"

17th August 2010... Tuesday.

 Today we conducted a session wherein we tried our best to discuss upon what exactly a business means?. Does Business means earning profits by trading or else it has a different prospective?.

The session went on for an hour and finally we came up with a great Defination of Business...

> "Business is a state of being busy towards your goal whose nature is buying and selling of goods and services with not merely a profit motive but also to provide a platform for social welfare by providing things required or demanded by the customer."

>"Name, Fame and Money is Business."

>"A Business which makes money and nothing else is a poor business."
